According to a statement from the police department, a McAllen Municipal Court magistrate found probable cause to issue multiple arrest warrants for Ayala. He faces charges of continuous violence against the family and violating a protective order, both third-degree felonies. Ayala is described as 35 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 153 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in McAllen.
